2. Rental Payments

All rental payments are due in advance and cover the specific rental period agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Payments are typically non-refundable once a rental term has begun.
  • Refunds are not provided for early move-outs, unused days, or mid-month cancellations.

3. Reservation Cancellations (Before Move-In)

If you reserve a space in advance and need to cancel before your rental term begins, the following rules apply:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: A full refund may be issued if the rental period has not started.
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours after booking but before move-in: A partial refund may be issued, minus a processing or administrative fee (if applicable).
  • No-show reservations: If you fail to occupy the reserved space by the start date without notice, the payment is non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • System or billing errors caused by our website or payment processor.
  • Facility closures or service disruptions caused by Camp Sutton RV and Boat Storage that prevent use of the rented space.

These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
